Adolescence: Navigating a Critical Phase

Adolescence is a transformative and challenging stage of life, marked by rapid physical, emotional, and social changes. Hormonal shifts during puberty can intensify emotions and lead to heightened sensitivity and vulnerability. At the same time, teenagers face evolving social dynamics and increasing academic demands, which can create a sense of pressure and overwhelm.
