I am assistant professor of psychology at Eternal University, Baru sahib, Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh, India. I am Graduated, Masters, M.phil and PhD Psychology from Himachal Pradesh University.

I am a mental health professional and actively contributing for awareness of  “Mental Health Care” and psychological intervention programs for our society.
